The IAAR is a non-profit organization founded on January 10th, 2006, under Belgian law. Its goal is to encourage people to financially support personal and relational development across the world. It aims at supporting training adapted to the development of communities, organizations and other structures, especially in developing countries. The organization is based in Antwerp, Zwijgerstraat 42.

The IAAR currently includes members from more than 21 different countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Benin, Congo, Egypt, Tanzania, South-Africa, India, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, United States of America.
